Please note: Despite its name, buckwheat is a gluten free grain. I know. So confusing!
Ingredients: Gluten free (GF) buckwheat flour, gf potato starch, gf brown rice flour, sea salt, yeast, sugar, apple cider vinegar, psyllium husk powder & filtered water.
All items are made in a home kitchen.
