Gluten Free Mexican Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Buttercream Frosting
This is a single layer chocolate cake made in an 8″ square pan. Half a cake can divided into 3 generous portions. A full cake, 6 generous portions.
Cake: GF (gluten free) brown rice flour, gf almond flour, organic yogurt, eggs, light brown sugar, olive oil, chocolate (cocoa, cane sugar, cocoa butter), espresso, cocoa powder, baking soda, cinnamon, cayenne, & kosher salt
Frosting: Butter, unsweetened chocolate, confectioner’s sugar, milk & organic vanilla
Decoration: Dried edible flowers
Contains: Tree nuts, milk & eggs
